Quality comes in many forms
Fruit purees are frozen, aseptic, chilled or preserved. The fruits are processed using the desired sieve dimensions, according to the type of fruit and the customer requirements. We offer tailor made puree mixes at a very competitive price/quality ratio.
Concentrated purees.
Responding to the need of our clients, Mondi Foods has developed a new range of premium quality concentrated fruit purees. These products have many application opportunities, from filling for bakery products to ice cream and beverages, and many others. Moreover, they allow easier transport and storage, require less volume for a higher fruit content, and provoke lower handling, energy, packaging and environmental costs.
Fruit juice concentrates
Depending on the raw material quality, the juice is obtained by pressing or decanting. Enzymes, guaranteed to be free of GMOs, are often used to obtain optimum yield and quality.
Individually quick frozen fruits
Using the latest technology such as belt and tunnel freezing, Mondi Foods offers an extensive range of IQF fruit, graded or ungraded, sliced or diced. After being washed and having any stems or pips removed, the fruit is immediately frozen to preserve its quality and appearance.
