Aeration innovation

In June 2005, Haas-Mondomix BV moved to larger premises in Almere in the Netherlands. The new factory at the Damsluisweg 41 is easily accessible both by car and by public transport, and is just a stone's throw away from Schiphol International Airport.

Haas-Mondomix is a world leader in continuous aeration, with 95 per cent of its annual production exported to over 50 countries. Sales are handled via its head office in the Netherlands and its worldwide agents network, with support offices in the USA, Brazil, Hong Kong and Japan.

Haas-Mondomix's technology centre has been improved and modernised, and the capacity of its testing laboratory will increase significantly. These changes will allow the company to further improve its customer support.

Haas-Mondomix designs and builds customer solutions, from standalone units to turnkey projects. And as part of the Haas Group, the company can guarantee effective delivery of turnkey projects.

The company's experienced food technologists are constantly developing new products and recipes, as well as improving existing products. This continuous product development has had a major impact. This year alone has seen the launch of the new A-series aerators; a programmable XYZ depositor for depositing all sizes and models, with or without centre fillings; a hollow wafer sticks filling machine; and a micro- aeration system for chocolate.
